Warehousing management plays an important role in logistics.During the circulation process of multiple links in logistics,each link of the logistics inevitably has errors in its demand forecast,causes inventory capacity problem,storage costs and marketing risk increased.The solution of this problem is changing the static inventory management to dynamic delivery mechanism,in order to achieve the purpose of reducing the number of inventory and shortening the operation cycle.Warehousing management system(WMS)is a software application of warehouse management informationization.The warehouse management system(WMS)is built on top of the warehouse operation.Therefore,the inventory control part is systematized for the operation of the warehouse process,which is the main distinguishing mark of WMS and other MRP and ERP software.Traditional warehousing management,basic also stay in human manual records,manual input EXCEL processing rough level,essentially,running water and use paper and pencil to record goods information details of the ancient way no difference.Because the internal management of the warehouse is entirely manual,the management efficiency of the warehouse is extremely low,and the error omission caused by manual manual record is unavoidable.Faced a lot of warehouse inventory in and out quickly,and in a massive increase in product variety and quantity,need to deal with the amount of data has far more than the overwhelming,manual and semiautomatic can also greatly restricted the enterprise development space.The concept of intelligence is introduced In order to solve many problems of traditional storage.By applying intelligent technologies,traditional storage changging to modern storage,saving human resources,reducing corporate costs,and increasing operational efficiency.This article provides guidance for the development of the company and provides valuable experience for latecomers.ABP framework is applied in this article,the code first priority code technology,BDD behavior driven development technology and Selenium + SpecFlow automated testing,including warehousing,outbound process and inventory processes the data of workbench module,include warehouse data management module,data statistics and daily summary report module,perform the function of system to adjust setting module,for renting business manage tenants ops module functions in most of five successful application and implementation.This article proposes five modules of the WMS system: workbench module,warehouse module,reporting module,setting module,and tenant maintenance module based on researching existing storage system and Business demands.This system model first implement second,integrated the intelligent implementation,which satisfies the basic requirements for connnecting with the company's existing system.
