Research And Design Of The Intrusion Detection System Based On The Wireless LAN

In recent years,with the rapid development of mobile Internet,people's demand for wireless network communication has increased dramatically,and traditional wired network is gradually being replaced by wireless network.Wireless LAN in wireless network is one of the mainstream wireless Internet access methods,which occupies most of the application market because of its mature technology,convenient installation and deployment,simple use and low price of equipment.At the same time,with the rise of the Internet of Things,and the introduction and implementation of smart city concept,Wireless LAN technology will further expand its application market.As part of the Internet,Wireless LAN also face threats from the Internet.In addition,because of its use of open transport media,this not only increases the network attack surface,but also makes the network invasion easier.the sharing of Internet resources makes it easy to obtain the tools and tutorial for the attack against wireless LAN,coupled with the vulnerability of people to wireless network security,which make the security threat to wireless LAN more serious.Wireless network security has become a critical issue at present and it is so in the future.therefore,the research of Wireless LAN security related technologies,and the design of a practical safety inspection system,have a certain value and significance.According to the threat of Wireless LAN and combined with cable network security technology,an intrusion detection system based on wireless LAN is designed and implemented in this paper.First of all,this paper analyses the thesis on the development trend of Wireless LAN technology,systematically studied the structure of the wireless LAN,security mechanism and 802.11 communication protocol,deeply discusses attack technology and skill of the attacks for wireless LAN and sums up thesimilarities and differences of between different types of attacks against technique,which lays the foundation for the research behind the project.Secondly,according to the design process of software engineering system,this paper proposes an intrusion detection scheme to protect the household Wireless LAN security by analyzing the market demand of current wireless security products.The scheme adopts the detection method of statistical analysis and plan recognition,which can not only detect the common attack of Wireless LAN,but also identify the type of attack,so as to remind users to take corresponding countermeasures.Finally,the paper introduces the realization method of the key module in the system engineering,performs functional testing and presentation of the implemented system,and summarize the whole subject research.According to the test results,the intrusion detection system designed and implemented in this project can detect and identify the common Wireless LAN attacks in daily life,such as decoding attack,wireless Do S attack and pseudo-access point attack,and to some extent,protect the security of wireless network.
