At the 19 th National Congress of the People's Republic of China,President Xi Jinping pointed out that “culture is the soul of a country and a nation.Culture flourishes with prosperity and strong cultures......".As a grand cultural nation,China has always been a witness of human history and civilization.As one of the representatives of China's regional culture,Hui culture also has inexhaustibly splendid legacy.However,due to the continuous invasion of foreign cultures,the weak awareness of inherit local culture,and the single means of traditional culture communication under the new media environment,the dissemination and development of Hui culture are facing difficulties.Strengthening the protection of traditional culture and exploring new ways of spreading the Hui culture is a top priority.As the classical theory of communication,acculturation theory,with the development of new media and the complexity of social components,its research value is continues to rise.The acculturation theory affirms the acculturation effect of the mass media,and shows that in the virtual environment,the information that people receive in the virtual environment as a potential communication content will eventually achieve the recognition of the information.Although in the subsequent decades,many scholars have questioned some of the practical basis of acculturation theory,acculturation theories have been gradually improved in the course of questioning.Until now,the research scope of acculturation theory has shifted from early television media to new media.In this context,this media environment is developed in a digital form,and this digitalized format this article chooses is the popular Android platform.This research based on the research status of the spread of Hui culture,the theory of acculturation,and the digital dissemination of culture,analyzes the problems and insufficiencies of Hui culture in communication and conducts theoretical research related to the thesis,and then,through analyze the feasibility of the application of acculturation theory in the communication platform of Hui culture,construct the acculturation framework model of the spread of Hui culture,in term of this,design and develop the communication platform of the knowledge of Hui culture.The main research work of this article is as follows.First of all,summarize the domestic and foreign research status of Hui cultural dissemination and acculturation theory,and elaborate the digitization of culture from the aspects of development history and research status.In-depth study and analyze the problems in the spread of Hui culture and the causes ofthe problems,and study the formation and development of acculturation theories from the perspective of the general pattern of Gene Bernard's communication.Explain the necessity and feasibility of develop the Hui culture dissemination platform based on acculturation theory,and analyze and construct the cultural communication knowledge acculturation model.Based on the Hui culture knowledge acculturation model,design the functional module of the Huizhou cultural knowledge dissemination platform,devise and implement the dissemination platform systematically.After that,testing the dissemination platform according to the evaluation rules,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the platform through the test results.This thesis studies the Huizhou cultural knowledge dissemination platform under the guidance of the acculturation theory and provides a framework model and research ideas for the application of acculturation theory in cultural communication and mobile media.Giving the practical value for the dissemination of other regional cultures in China and the development of acculturation theory in the new media era.
