The increase in the level of economic development and national income in China drives the upgrading of consumerism.People are eager for higher-level,personalized,and diversified shopping experiences.Under this background,the community e-commerce Xiao Hongshu APP quickly seizes consumers.A demand started from the content-sharing community and successfully transformed into an e-commerce platform through the accumulation of early users and content.This article takes Xiao Hongshu APP as the research object,starting from the three aspects of word-of-mouth communication,cross-border e-commerce and UGC community,combining the factors of word-of-mouth marketing,the status of cross-border sea scouring and the UGC model of dissemination to the operation mode of Xiao Hongshu APP.research.Xiao Hong Shu APP realized the realization of traffic flow through the combination of word-of-mouth communication and the UGC community,and built an e-commerce platform by self-operating and cross-border direct mining,and accumulated some experience in practical exploration.This article points out its significance and existing problems through the analysis of Xiaohongshu APP,with a view to providing reference for similar shopping APP operations.
