Drone gyroscope is an important part of drone navigation system,which is used to measure the flying attitude of drone in pitching,tilting and sideslip,so as to perceive the drone's flying attitude and control the flying attitude.At present,the detection of drone gyroscopes has a semi-automatic mode of combining manual and automatic,but the efficiency and accuracy of detection are not high.Firstly,the structure of drone gyroscope automatic overhaul detection system is put forward,which means a gyroscope is put on the turntable to simulate the navigation data of the drone flight state,and the industrial controlling computer system uses data acquisition card control adapter to realize data acquisition unit for navigation data acquisition,analyzes and processes the collected data through the software system,and gives the reasonable fault judgment and treatment suggestions.On this basis,LabWindows/CVI is chosen as the development platform to give full play to its advantages such as rapid development,more library functions,high execution efficiency,cost saving and easy upgrading,etc.Virtual instrument,dynamic link library,ActiveX and other technologies and layered mechanism are adopted.Based on modularization design and modular programming,a base level automatic detection and management software for drone gyroscope is developed.Among them,the I/O interface software is the underlying software,which uses dynamic link library to provide information transfer between the system software and the driver,and realizes the system software and hardware connection.The system software includes system self-examination module,equipment detection module,data management module,system help module and so on.They can be managed by the main control module to realize the mutual call and connection.The whole software system has the functions of convenient and practical operation interface,clear menu level,and functions of calling display card physical illumination,circuit schematic diagram,circuit key point waveform and working parameters.Finally,an expert system for automatic detection and fault diagnosis is established,and the automatic overhaul equipment of drone gyroscope is applied in practice.The experimental results show that the automatic detection and management system has the advantages of simple structure,fast running speed,high automation degree,stable and reliable operation of the equipment,and meets the requirements of operation,and achieves the expected design goal.
