Wireless Sensor Network(WSN)is a kind of self-organizing network of information collection,data communication and data processing by a large number of micro-sensors,and it can be deployed in the target area for environmental monitoring and has played a huge role in the field of emergency-rescue and disaster-relief of unattended areas in recent years.Compared with the traditional applications environment,the unattended areas are characterized by harsh environments,rugged terrain and unacceptable presence of staff.But,the real time monitoring of these areas can effectively reduce the casualties and economic losses caused by the disaster,which has a very important social significance.However,it is meaningless for the monitoring if lack the specific geographic coordinates of the sensor network deployment area and can not to locate the nodes effectively.Therefore,this paper takes the unattended area as the application background,and takes the positioning technology in WSN as the research object.Designing the WSN localization algorithm with high positioning accuracy and high positioning coverage is based on the analysis of the existing localization algorithms.The research results of this paper are as follows:First of all,aiming at the problem that the environment of unattended areas is relatively complicated and precise positioning is required,this paper focuses on the localization technology based on ranging and introduces the idea of two-hop ranging of Euclidean algorithm into the three-dimensional ranging of nodes,3DL location algorithm is proposed on the basis of the above.The algorithm can achieve the three-dimensional positioning of network nodes,and it also effectively improve the coverage of network positioning by upgrading the positioned nodes that meet the accuracy requirements to the proxy anchor nodes.However,it may lead to the cumulative error of the proxy anchor nodes.In terms of the problem,3DL algorithm can increase the positioning accuracy of algorithm by calculating the credibility of the anchor node coordinates and adding it as a weight to the coordinate calculation of the unlocated nodes.Secondly,aiming at the problem of most unattended areas are non-line-of-sight(NLOS)environments which affect the positioning accuracy of the nodes,this paper introduces error compensation method of node positioning into the 3DL algorithm,the3DL-N localization algorithm is proposed on the basis of the above.3DL algorithm through the mutual positioning function of anchor nodes to calculate the range calibration parameters and the error compensation value of the located nodes of the area where each anchor node is located,and then adds these parameters to the positioning process of unfixed position nodes to further improve the positioning accuracy of algorithm.Finally,this paper simulated an unattended environment by OPNET Modeler simulation tools and made some valid tests.Simulation result shows that the proposed localization algorithm has significant advantages over other localization algorithms in terms of positioning accuracy and coverage without consuming more nodes energy.
