the text of the comments online on tourism objectively reflects tourists' real perception of tourism destinations and services,and are also one of the important ways to spread word of mouth online.According to the research,before making the purchase decision,tourists will obtain the relevant product information and other tourists' evaluation through various channels,and use the information as the basis for further purchase.It can be seen that online reviews have an important imact on making tourism decisions.Further analyzing these fragmented online tourism texts will help tourism destinations or tourism enterprises have a deeper understanding of themselves.With the help of the feedback from tourists,we can understand the aspirations of tourists,solve problems of tourists in time,improve tourists' experience and satisfaction and increase the competitiveness,which will promote the long-term development of tourism destinations or enterprises.By means of researching internet big data,the text takes the comments on tourism of Teng Wang Pavilion Historical and Cultural Scenic area as a case,Ctrip Cheng,Grasshopper Honeycomb,Dianping and other tourism virtual communities as well as online platforms as research material.From the point of view of tourists' emotion,this paper analyzes the emotional tendency and concerns of tourists inTeng Wang Pavilion Historical and Cultural Scenic area by constructing semantic network analysis map and LDA potential theme model.The results show that the tourist of Teng Wang Pavilion Historical Literature Scenic area can be divided into two categories,"the symbol tourist" and "the culture tourist".The former pays attention to the popularity of scenic spots,while the latter focus on the historical and cultural details of scenic spots,and the two types of tourists have different concerns.Finally,based on the feedback of the comments on Teng Wang Pavilion tourism,the paper provides some reference sug Pavilion stions for the development of Teng Wang Pavilion Historical and Cultural Scenic spot.
