Physics is essentially an experimental science,which affects people's basic understanding of the world.Physical experiment also plays an irreplaceable role in the cultivation of scientific quality and innovation ability of talents.According to the relevant curriculum content and outline requirements of university physics experiment teaching,the students should be provided with independent design experiments to strengthen the cultivation of students' scientific research quality and innovative ability.Humidity plays an important role in heritage conservation,forest fire prevention,environmental health and medicine storage.this thesis stored in the villages and towns medical environment humidity monitoring as the research background,the investigation learned that some funds are relatively few villages and towns hospital drugs are difficult to implement real-time monitoring of the humidity environment,put forward a kind of low cost and high sensitivity,good stability,can be real-time detection of environment humidity sensing and monitoring system.Based on optical fiber Fabry-Perot interference principle,the combination of polyimide humidity sensitive material,put forward and designed a simple structure and high sensitivity of F-P interferometric fiber-optic humidity sensor,according to the actual drug store environment humidity range,to the humidity sensor measurements.The humidity sensitivity of the three different polymide film thickness(13.2?m,24.8?m and35.7?m)was as high as 0.68227 nm/%RH,1.03482 nm/%RH and 1.30943nm/%RH,humidity measurements range from 40%RH to 60%RH.The repeated humidity and temperature measurements were carried out on the sensor with a thickness of 24.8?m,and the repeatability sensitivity was 1.04063 nm/%RH.The results showed that the sensor had high repeatability,temperature measurement sensitivity of 0.0435 nm/°C,the result shows that the sensitivity of the sensor to temperature is low,have very good anti-interference ability;the response time of the sensor is about 4s,and the measurement results show that the sensor has good repeatability and fast response time.Then the sensor is optimized,in order to eliminate the humidity measuring the temperature cross sensitivity,behind the sensor cascade a piece of fiber Bragg grating(FBG)for temperature calibration,temperature and humidity measurement test results show that the FBG unresponsive to humidity,and sensitivity to temperature reached 3.19pm/°C.Experimental results showed that the sensor manufacture simple,low cost,high sensitivity,good repeatability,strong anti-jamming capability,environment humidity monitoring in the field of medicine store has a certain application prospect.In the practical application background of optical fiber humidity sensor,design and making of experimental teaching is to cultivate the students' innovation ability and the ability of independent thinking,improve the level of the students experimental operation,to cultivate students' scientific research quality laid a preliminary foundation...
