With the continuous improvement of society,science and technology,eye tracking technology gets more and more attention,and has a wide range of application prospect in the fields of human-computer interaction,assistive,fatigue test,aviation medical research and others.It is particularly important for the successful mission of pilot with the operation of the control panel.To improve the safety of the control panel execution,it requires the pilot to monitor the real-time status of control panel,and deal with the random occurrence of abnormal display situation in a timely manner.Aiming at the above problems,the relationship between the sight location of the operator and the random abnormal display area in the control panel has become the focus of this field.On the basis of existing research,this paper carries out several technical improvements on related aspects,and the specific research contents are as follows.Firstly,it extracts the sight parameters of pilot,adopts the existing sight parameter detection method and the improved single camera four infrared illuminant system to acquire facial image,and then to identify the pupil center and Purkinje spot.In order to improve the detection efficiency of the system,the pupil tracking algorithm combining Particle filter and Kalman filter is proposed.Secondly,in the process of sight estimation,a nonlinear polynomial mapping model is established based on the relationship between the pupil center and the Purkinje spot.To overcome the effect of head movement on the accuracy of line of sight,the thesis adopts the head space attitude estimation method to realize compensation.The reasons for the error of line of sight estimation are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are proposed,which obtains good results.Finally,with the computer simulation technology,the sight location of the operator and abnormal display area match is studied.Using computer simulation control panel screen area,the system can simulate unusual condition and obtain the region coordinates,then judge location relationship between the pilot current sight location and the abnormal display area,and make the corresponding feedback.For the problem of human eye's beating or Midas touch,the thesis presents the solution of continuous frame detection.Research results show that when the control panel in random anomaly and the sight location of the operator is out of the abnormal display area,the solutions presented in the thesis can alert system to take measures timely,and provide certain theoretical basis in this field.
