Hydrogen is a kind of renewable clean energy.It has the advantages of high combustion efficiency,wide flammable range and non-polluting products.It has been widely used in chemical,aerospace and military fields.However,hydrogen is an inflammable and explosive dangerous gas.In order to ensure the safety of human life and property in hydrogen production and hydrogen fields,a safe and reliable hydrogen sensor network and on-line monitoring system are developed to monitor the hydrogen content in the environment in real time.It is particularly important.This article uses the self-developed semi-conductor hydrogen sensor in the laboratory,based on the Cortex-M3 core 32-bit low-power microcontroller STM32F103 as the main control chip,the use of WiFi terminal as a client,the use of router networking and the upper computer as the server The sensor working circuit,power supply voltage regulator circuit,IIC and serial communication circuit were designed.The visual control and measurement result display interface was developed with Labview software platform,and a multi-node hydrogen system with multi-nodes including data collection and display and leak alarm was set up.Leakage wireless monitoring system.The main results obtained are as follows:1.A hydrogen sensor test system for multi-sensor synchronous testing was built.A 16-channel hydrogen-sensitive test circuit was designed and assembled.The design of the upper computer visualization interface was completed based on Labview,and the hydrogen-sensitive element of the Mo03 nanowire developed in the laboratory was built.The temperature-varying hydrogen sensitivity performance was systematically characterized,and an effective compensation for the temperature drift of the sensor working curve was realized.2.The overall structure of a wireless monitoring system with multiple sensor nodes is designed,and the working principle of the system is analyzed.Completed the sensor node hardware design,including STM32 minimum system circuit,ADC sampling circuit,temperature and humidity detection circuit,display circuit,WiFi module circuit,power supply voltage regulator circuit and alarm circuit,and analyzed the function of each module,using Altium Designer software designs schematics and creates PCB boards,and develops a hydrogen sensor wireless network node with a size of 65 mm*54 mm.3.Designed and built a WiFi-based wireless sensor network.According to the functions to be realized in each module part of the sensor node,the drivers for each module are programmed,which mainly include the ADC sampling and WiFi module drivers.The implementation process of the module driver is described in detail.According to the driver program interface to write the lower level sensor node application program,based on Labview completed a 30 node PC debugging system design.4.Design and build a demonstration project of hydrogen online monitoring system based on wireless network based on the university laboratory environment,completed the construction of wireless network and power supply system,designed and implemented the server-side background program and user interface of the sensor network,and carried out system test run.
