With the development of computer architecture and the improvement of hardware acquisition equipment quality and its wide use,the three-dimensional reconstruction technology based on binocular vision in the field of computer vision has been rapidly developed.Binocular vision has a close relationship with technology in the areas of image processing,pattern recognition,and so on.And it contains a number of disciplines,including research in the field of neurology,biology,and physics.It has been widely used in human-computer interaction,entertainment,medical diagnostics,and even military affairs.In real applications,the 3D reconstruction content is more complex,and the reconstruction effect is affected by various factors such as illumination,noise,and scale changes.Even if there are some algorithms to solve,there are still some deficiencies.This article starts from the background of the topic selection,consults a large number of domestic and foreign literature,and fully demonstrates the research significance and necessity of this topic.The research status and development prospects of the topic at home and abroad are summarized,and the research content of this topic is also introduced.In the camera calibration module,the imaging principle of the monocular camera and the principle of distance measurement of the binocular camera are described.The calibration methods of several cameras are summarized.According to the actual needs,the Zhang Zhengyou calibration method between the traditional calibration method and the self-calibration method is selected.Calibrate and analyze the calibration principle.In the corner detection module,three mainstream corner detection algorithms are introduced in detail.The advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm are analyzed.Harris algorithm is selected and improved in light of its shortcomings.The improved algorithm is illustrated theoretically.Feasibility,and verified by experimentation.The feature point matching module makes an in-depth analysis of the feature point matching rate and accuracy.After determining the search area using the epipolar constraint criterion,the matching method is used to assist the matching.This method improves the matching speed of the feature points to some extent Accuracy.Finally,the reconstruction principle of three-dimensional space points is studied in detail.The appropriate development tools were selected for the test and the 3D reconstruction task was completed.It sums up the entire work content of this paper,discusses the deficiencies in the paper,and looks forward to the future research route and improvement work.
