With the development of science and technology,people's living standards has been improving,mobile phone penetration is increasing.In the daily study,life and work,people are increasingly inseparable from mobile phones.In recent years,China's mobile phone industry has developed rapidly,the domestic market is close to saturation,and overseas markets still have great market development space,although China's mobile phone brand has a high occupancy rate in Southeast Asia and Africa mobile phone market already,its mobile phone market development space is still huge.Little known in the domesticcountry,but as "The King of the local" in the African mobile phone industry,Transsion mobile phone stands out among home-made mobile phone in Africamobile phonemarket an become a successful model by means of knowing the local markrting environment and customer demand.Based on the above background,this article chooses the African mobile phonemarket as the research object,the Transsionas the case and the former person's academic research as the theory foundation,we are going to provide suggestions for Transsion mobile phone's marketing strategy in Africa as the same to other home-made mobile phone brand by analzying the mobile phone marketing environment in African and Transsion's used marketing strategy.First of all,the paper analyzes the marketing environment of the Transsionand the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced by the Transsionin Africamobile phone market,and makes clear the whole environment of the Transsion marketing,and prepares for the further analysis of the target market and market positioning of the Transsion.Through the market positioning of the Transsion,the current product strategy,the price strategy,the channel strategy and the promotion strategy,the paper has cleared up the advantages and disadvantages of the current marketing strategy of the Transsion,and provided the basis for optimizing the marketing strategy of the Transsion.Finally,the paper will provide some advice to optimizethe current marketing strategy of Transsionfrom five angles,and analyze the revelation of mobile phone marketing strategy to other domestic mobile phones entering the African market.
