With the development of information technology and network technology,digital archives management system has been widely used in archives management.Unlike the unique and strong anti-tampering nature of traditional paper files,electronic files are stored in the centralization database,facing more risks of network attacks,and are more prone to be forged and tampered by internal managers or external attackers.In view of the data security and authenticity problems commonly found in China's file management system,this dissertation designs and develops a file management system based on blockchain technology,with applying blockchain technology to the authenticity protection of electronic files.The main research and design content of this dissertation are as follows:(1)The Blockchain Data Protection Subsystem was designed and developed,and file information's protection,verification,and recovery were achieved with storing the file digest information in blockchain and file content in IPFS(InterPlanetary File System).(2)The File Management Subsystem was designed and developed to implement functions such as borrowing and protection of files,query and verification of files,management of user and role,organizational structure,and system settings.(3)A secure and reliable RESTful interface call method is implemented based on asymmetric encryption and digital signature technology,which can effectively solve the data theft,falsification,and replay problems during communication between subsystems.(4)A System Monitoring Platform was designed and developed to implement monitoring of file management and blockchain data protection subsystems as well as the platform's own servers and applications.Alarm notifications can be sent when the server is offline or when applications are running abnormally.To sum up,the File Management System Based on Blockchain,which is designed in this dissertation,combines file management,blockchain data protection and system monitoring technologies,which has the advantages of strong tampering,high stability,high security,low cost,and easy to be implemented on the ground.The security and reliability of the file management system are enhanced through the blockchain and system monitoring technologies,and it is expected to promote the further development of the digital archives management system.
