Pesticide spraying is an effective means to prevent and eliminate the damage to animals and plants,regulate and control the growth rate of crops,and improve environment of gardens.Unmanned plant protection machine as a new type of pesticide spraying equipment has been widely applied in the agricultural field in recent years.In order to improve the deficiency of unmanned plant protection machines in informatization management aspect,improve the efficiency of unmanned plant protection machines,and facilitate the convenient application of plant protection machines by farmers,in this thesis,a set of plant protection machine operation management system was developed and a path planning algorithm under full farmland coverage was put forward.Through the analysis of the core function of system and work flow,from the perspective of solving the core problems of users,the system requirements was analyzed and the function of each module was clarified.In addition,the specific requirements of each function module of the system was analyzed in detail.The function that each submodule needs was confirmed by adopting case diagrams.The overall design of the system was accomplished from the perspective of overall architecture and functional module classification.The detailed design of management system was carried out in this thesis.Firstly,the detailed design of the farmland management module,operation monitoring module and information management module of the system were realized by utilizing sequence chart and class design and the required technology of the functional modules were analyzed.Besides,the data and transmission structure of the system were clarified.Finally,the database was designed and the overall data relationships and data tables were established.As for the problem of automatic operation of plant protection machine full coverage,the path planning algorithm of plant protection machine was researched in this thesis.Firstly,the demand of path planning for plant protection machine was analyzed.According to the track planning theory and the actual situation of plant protection machine operation,the viewpoint of maximizing the operation area coverage while minimizing the distance of non-plant protection operation was proposed.By calculating and analyzing the flight path quality,a better operation method was selected.Then a set of Bound-Star algorithm was designed forthis method.The simulation proves that the algorithm can obtain the optimal results under the condition of coverage constraint and calculation rate.On this basis,the design of the path planning module was completed.In the end,in this thesis,the system development was accomplished by utilizing the SSH framework of JavaEE development platform,and the functions of farmland management,path planning,real-time monitoring and system information management were realized.The system was tested aiming at farmland management,path planning and operation monitoring.The results show that the effective management of the farmland,reasonable operation plan of the plant protection machine and real-time monitor and observation of plant protection machine operation status are realized.
