The reconstruction of the white matter nerve fibers based on diffusion magnetic resonance imaging is the only non-invasive way to reconstruct the brain nerve in vivo.Brain imaging based on diffusion tensor fiber is the most commonly used reconstruction method,but the imaging technique is based on the water molecular diffusion within the voxel is based on Gauss distribution assumption,it is difficult to meet the reconstruction of brain fiber furcation cross and bending of complex structure.Therefore,the high-order tensor imaging method is proposed for the reconstruction of complex fibers.However,the traditional high order tensor method is difficult to guarantee the positive definite property of the fiber diffusion function,and may appear negative signal value without physical meaning,and will lead to pseudo peaks.In view of the problems in the above methods,a new method based on positive definite high-order tensor imaging is proposed and improved,and the visualization software is developed:1)Presents a definite distribution of fiber direction of higher order tensor imaging method,the method considering the fiber complex structure relationship and diffusion tensor with a voxel in the numerical non negative local fiber orientation distribution function,and guarantee the positive definiteness in the model itself.At the same time,an optimization method based on BFGS algorithm is proposed.By using simulated data and actual clinical data,the proposed method is compared with other commonly used methods,and the advantages of the proposed algorithm are proved.2)Based on the fiber model method for tracking the existing fiber to streamline the tracking analysis,design a feasible fiber tracking procedure,and use the same fiber modeling simulation data and actual data of fiber tracking results are verified.In order to trace the spatial fiber structure,a coloring scheme is designed,and the spatial fiber is visualized through the VTK rendering pipeline.3)Software of medical image visualization design in the local fiber imaging and fiber tracking based on the function module of the software design include:cerebral cortex and brain tumor reconstruction module,brain fiber reconstruction module,brain fiber and other brain registration module,human-computer interaction module,and other modules.
