Data Analysis And Management System Design For Fishery Practitioners Based On BS

China's fishery continued to develop rapidly,the main source of Fishery are fishing and breeding two,the total supply of sufficient,but the problem of unbalanced,inadequate and unsustainable development is outstanding,the traditional production techniques and management methods have been difficult to meet the needs of modern fishery development.Fishery management departments urgently demand innovative ideas,working methods and working methods.In this context,the use of fishery information as a guide and support,the use of information technology ideas and technical means to innovate fishery production,management,management and service,can effectively promote the fishery supply side of structural reform,promote fishery transformation and upgrading.Based on the data of fishery practitioners(including producers and managers of fishery),this paper constructs the data collection,analysis and management system of fishery practitioners in combination with B/S and Oracle technology.The data acquisition section can be used for the whole process of management and record of each training,including collecting fishery practitioner information,issuing training bulletins,sharing training materials,training registration audit,generating back accounts,etc.The analysis and management section can effectively help the training organization to formulate training counseling curriculum plan and related policy system through the analysis and collection of personnel and training data.The application results show that the expected research objectives are achieved.The specific research work and achievements are as follows:1.Based on the ID card sensor information collection technology,the Fishery practitioner data were collected into the Oracle database,and the Fishery practitioner information database was established.2.Based on Fishery practitioner information,combined with LigerUI,HighCharts,POI technology to realize the analysis of the changes in the number of employees,the Regional structure of employees,the age structure of employees,the education level of employees,the structure of breeding species and breeding model,visual display and automated export analysis results.3.Management of fishery practitioners training,including the release of training information,the management of training materials,training registration,auditing and so on.When the new training or training information is modified,the system sends the notification information to the user automatically.At present,the system has been applied to the first phase of Wenzhou wisdom ocean Project,good effect,can effectively help the management department to formulate a reasonable training system and related policies,improve the fishery professional skills,promote the healthy and sustainable development of fishery industry.
