Reverse logistics is related to the enterprise production and sales of products,customer service service and other aspects,it is an important part of the development of circular economy,only set up reverse logistics smoothly,in order to form a closed cycle logistics process,efficient use of resources,low cost of circulation.Project planning and scheduling is the reasonable arrangement and coordination of the task planning process under the limited resource constraints,so as to make the completion of the whole project as short as possible,and minimize the consumption of resources.In today's increasingly tense resources,enterprises can consider the reverse logistics model to obtain part of the resources.In order to study the reverse logistics under the background of the project planning and scheduling,this paper combined with the characteristics of reverse logistics and single mode of project planning and scheduling problems put forward a new mathematical model,through the analysis of the single weed(Invasive Weed Optimization IWO),and single Algorithm(referred to as GA),which can achieve complementary advantages.Therefore,this paper will combine weed algorithm and genetic algorithm,genetic algorithm is introduced between the two shift operator,forward shift operator and single point mutation operator to produce new seeds,changed the way to produce seeds randomly through traditional weed algorithm,thus forming a new mixed weed algorithm HIWO.On the one hand,HIWO algorithm is used to calculate the performance tests of the 6 benchmark functions,and compare the results with the basic GA and the basic IWO algorithm is verified;on the other hand,the mathematical model of reverse logistics project planning and scheduling as the objective function,the use of hybrid HIWO algorithm,IWO algorithm and GA algorithm on the optimized,and then compared the results.The results showed that in comparison with previous,convergence of HIWO algorithm is better than the single IWO algorithm and GA algorithm,and after a comparison,the hybrid HIWO algorithm in computational efficiency and effectiveness reflects a great advantage,but also has higher stability.Therefore,the hybrid HIWO algorithm is effective in solving the problem of project planning and scheduling under reverse logistics background,and has certain value in practical application.
