With the development of science and technology,the popularity of computer application system,as well as the wide use of large-scale medical equipment,digital medical diagnosis has become one of the most important auxiliary diagnosis methods of modern hospital.And China's vast territory,which results in uneven distribution of modern hospital,prompts the development of remote medical consultation and remote medical education in building the new modern hospital.The digital medical diagnosis brings convenience,which also causes the patient cases information leakage and theft.Therefore,how to provide digital medical image encryption and hiding has becoming the key problems to be solved at present.Digital image encryption and hiding are two important directions in the field of digital image encryption.Digital image encryption,which uses of chaotic theory,relocates the pixel of the plain-image and changes the value of pixels.Image hiding uses the hiding equations to hide the plain-image into carrier image to transfer the target image.It effectively strengths the security of the image.Thus the combination of the two methods can be applied in the remote medical diagnosis effectively,which make the image hiding algorithm based on encryption the main direction of current research.The works of this article are as follows:?Research and analysis the algorithm of digital image encryption and hiding and further improve the algorithm to achieve the goal of the combination of them.? According to the characteristics of the digital medical image,this article has improved the combinative algorithm and apply it to digital medical image encryption and hiding.With the characteristics of traditional algorithm,this topic adopts the methods of confusion and diffusion for encrypting the plain-image and texts the result of encryption and pixel value distribution.It selects the carrier-image to hide the plain-image.The recovery method of the algorithm is the inverse process,to fully guarantee the correctness of the decrypted image and integrity of lesion part.?By convincing the ways of test,the results of image calculation of statistical tests,attack testing,PSNR test and wavelet decomposition methods can be verified.It can ensure the security and practicability of encryption and hiding algorithm.
