With the popularity and rapid development of the Internet,inflexibility of the traditional TCP/IP network structure becomes more obvious.It is already unable and difficult to adapt to requirements of the new emerging business,as well as to guarantee the quality of service.Furthermore,under the background of rapid growth of the Internet traffic,the traditional network is difficult to meet the needs of massive information in the future.In addition,the sustainable development of the network,as well as the problems like network security,network uncontrollable and network unmanageable have become more severe.In order to solve the problems of the traditional network,many studies have been conducted on the architecture of the future Internet.The Information-Centric Networking(ICN)and Software Defined Networking(SDN)have become research focus.Although both ICN and SDN have their own advantages,they all have weaknesses in some aspects.Therefore,this thesis introduces the thought of the separation of control plane and data plane to ICN,and designs a routing mechanism for it.Firstly,combing the characteristics of ICN and SDN,the network model of SDN-based ICN is designed.Then,the structure of switch and controller in the new network is designed,including the Content Store(CS),the Pending Interest Table(PIT),the Forwarding Information Base(FIB),the intra-domain list and the global list.In order to meet users'differentiated requirements on quality of service,the cost and Quality of Experience(QoE)is introduced to the corresponding structure.Additionally,the packet format and routing process of Interest packets and Data packets are designed.Finally,combining the Clone Selection Algorithm(CSA)and the Ant Colony Optimization algorithm(ACO),this thesis proposes the CSA-based ACO to solve the routing problem in SDN-based ICN.In this thesis,the routing mechanism proposed for SDN-based ICN is simulated,and the performance is compared with the benchmark mechanism.Experimental results show that the SDN based routing mechanism is feasible and effective.
