Moisture measurement is one of the important topics about process detection.Among a lot of methods about moisture detection,infrared measurement method has many advantages,such as continuous online,non-contact,fast response and so on.The extent of absorption is proportional to moisture content of material,that according to infrared spectroscopy and the basic law of infrared detection-Longbow Bill law.At present,the moisture measurement instrument which use infrared method to detect moisture content of material has been widely used in a variety of fields.The moisture instrument designed in this subject is mainly used in measurement of moisture rate of sinter mixture from sintering plant.Using inside and outside light path effectively suppress the effect caused by the fluctuation of light source.And the four bands which based on reference technology reduce the influence of material texture changes.After carefully studied the previous research,this subject optimized the optical structure,system hardware and software programming.The result is that the moisture meter is stable and reliable,the performance is improved.For optical structure,the present is more simple and accurate than previous,so that the loss of light in the propagation path is reduced.This subject conducts a detailed study on sample of signal peak,finally adopting the method of hardware and software makes the samples at the signal peaks.The speed of motor influences the precision of sampling,the research on it makes speed stable and guarantee the accuracy of sampling.The improvement of analog signal processing circuit makes the whole system noise coefficient decrease,and the SNR of system improve.Software is programmed and optimized based on MCU of STM32.Using serial interface touch screen as HMI realizes the real-time data display and parameter setting and so on.After calibration,the moisture instrument can detect moisture content of sinter mixture in the range of 0 to 10 percent,and has high accuracy and stability.
