Design And Implementation Of Media Material Management System

In the early 1990 s,the concept of media management was introduced into China.The so-called "media material management",it is for all types of media and content(such as audio/visual materials,text files,pictures,etc)to conduct a comprehensive management of the overall solution,its core purpose is to make permanent media material,resource,production.The media industry has been developing rapidly,the number of multimedia materials has increased dramatically,how to safely preserve multimedia materials and how to effectively utilize the multimedia materials is an urgent problem to be solved.The preservation of traditional multimedia material use tape storage,paper tape storage is similar to the document storage,it is not convenient for data reuse at the same time,also not conducive to long-term preservation,multimedia material easy to lose.In the traditional way of storing multimedia materials,it is not easy to find the multimedia materials needed,nor can it be easily shared remotely.Therefore,a multimedia material management system based on network and electronic storage can realize the long-term preservation and effective use of multimedia materials.The paper combines the actual situation of media material management,research and development of media material management system.The main work of this paper is to study,design and implement a multimedia management system based on Web.First of all,this paper expounds the research background,research significance and development status of media material management.Then,the paper introduces the software development theory and development technology base in the process of system development,including B/S application framework,HDFS,Spring MVC development model,and Java Web development technology,etc..Then,on the basis of comprehensive investigation and comprehensive analysis,the system requirements analysis based on the media material management process is carried out,and the main functional modules of the system are determined.The paper divides the system into 6 main functional modules,including material upload module,material cataloging module,material query module,download management module,material statistics module and system management module.The material upload module includes pre listening function,broadcast library import function,CD audio import function and local audio file import function.Material catalog module includes material library management,material management,material initial catalog for fine project management,material management and material of the multiple audit approval management function.Material query module includes full text retrieval,conditional search and rapid retrieval function.Download management module includes single download,batch download,format download and download history function.Material statistics module includes material database statistics,download statistics,user downloads statistics and cataloging task statistics function.System management includes user and authority management,system configuration,data backup and recovery function.Furthermore,on the basis of requirement analysis,the system is designed and designed in detail.Based on the system architecture design,function design,network topology design and database design,the implementation process of the system is discussed by class diagram and time sequence diagram.Finally,after the completion of system development,according to the written test case on the system function and performance are tested,the test results show that the system can meet the needs of business management of media material in function,responsive to the user requirements in performance.After the system was released to the production environment,we began to manage the media materials of the company on the system.The media material management system to improve the media material management level,the management of media material can be quickly found,rapid positioning,rapid development,which has important application value and practical significance for future information construction of media companies.
