Design And Realization Of Online Declaration System Of Export Tax Rebates Based On J2EE Architecture

It is called the declaration of export tax rebates that the enterprises submit export tax rebates declaration data to the tax department in order to get the refund of certain taxes which have been lawfully collected at exportation. The previous method that enterprises submit the data with dedicated dial-up network is causing the network blocked, and has affected the normal business operations of the declaration of export tax rebates.Therefore this subject analyzed the existing mode deeply, researched the new demand, reformed the system with J2EE on this basis according to the detailed research and policy, and designed a more reasonable online declaration system of the export tax rebate. The new system has been deployed successfully. After this upgrade, with browsers or even richer desktop applications, enterprises could submit the Export Tax Rebates declaration data or inquiries progress and so on through Internet safely and conveniently. The new system has brought great convenience to the majority of its tax-related enterprises, provided an integrated service platform for the integration of the electronic management of export tax rebates, provided support for tax officers in the internal IRS, strengthened internal management and improved work efficiency. This is the development trend of the electronic management of export tax rebates of Qingdao City and the whole country .The paper focuses on the design and implementation of electronic tax rebate subsystem which is part of the online declaration system Of Export Tax Rebates. The design of subsystem is based on J2EE architecture. J2EE is a perfect platform and maneuverability. The subsystem is designed as three layers in B/S model; Presentation Layer, which is used to provide Web-based page to user's browser, Application Layer in which specific data is handled and Data Layer which is used for data storage. User operates the system through web browser or even richer desktop applications. This paper introduces the theory and technique which are used in the system at first(for example J2EE and so on), then describes the requirement analysis and overall design of the online declaration system of export tax rebates, finally it describes in detail the design and implementation of electronic tax rebate subsystem.
