Mineral processing industry plays an important role in national economy and the application of automation control system is the key to saving energy,improving product quality and staff efficiency in mineral processing.It needs a series of commissioning process including RBI commissioning,single unit equipment commissioning,no load linkage commissioning and on-load commissioning which is time-consuming,laborious and also fraught with risks before concentration automatic control system,especially automation software,is put into field operation.Therefore,do emulation debugging for the automation software in laboratory then finding and correcting errors in advance has important practical significance for shortening debugging time,saving labor investments,reducing debugging risks and costs.Different from field debugging,in laboratory environment,only acting on the virtual production equipment can automation software reflect its control function.Therefore,it is necessary to build batch of virtual device models in laboratory for mineral processing.Supported by the National Science and Technology Supporting Program "Advanced Control Technology of Whole Production Line of Mineral processing"(2012BAF19G01),this thesis does a primary discussion for method of modeling virtual devices in mineral processing,and design and develop simulation software for plant-wide virtual device in mineral processing automation.The details are as follows:1.Requirements of virtual device simulation software have been discussed in detail based on detailed analysis of field debugging for mineral processing automatic system,considering the characteristics of mineral processing:plenty of devices,long process and large-scale.2.A approach of building virtual device model is proposed based on I/O channel table.The approach,which is in accordance with classification of device logic,consists of device logic model and device parameter model.Framework design and function design have been done for virtual device simulation software,which can help to achieve RBI emulation debugging,single unit equipment emulation debugging and no load linkage emulation debugging for automation software in mineral processing.3.Simulation software for plant-wide virtual device in mineral processing automation using OPC communication technologies have been built based on advanced language and database.4.Taking the automation software for material dry cleaning station of a mineral plant automation project as experimental object,the methods of building virtual device and the virtual device simulation software have been tested.Test results show that,by means of this virtual device simulation software,developer in laboratory can conduct RBI simulation debugging,single unit equipment simulation debugging and no load linkage simulation debugging,which proves validation and practicability of simulation software.
