The “Universal Joint-out Ring " is the “joint” of the universal drive device.It is an important part of the mechanical driving mechanism.So many large capacity enterprises that produces “Universal joint out ring" is to test this device to put up on a higher requirements.However due to the enterprise existting precision limit of detection methods and technologies,and the” universal joint out ring” detection devices cannot essentially meet the enterprise requirements of online and high precision measurement,which greatly restricts the productivity and the pace of transformation and upgrading of enterprises.Meanwhile,the development of precision measurement technology is the foundation of advanced manufacturing industry and the embodiment of national manufacturing.Therefore,through the study of precision measurement technology,it realize that the design of the “universal joint out ring” online precision testing system is not only for the promotion of development relevant to production companies and the country's manufacturing industry but has a positive role in promotion.First,the skill of traditional measuring equipment is out-dated and has poor testing precision.Sometimes some date even can't be measured.To solve these problems,this paper studies the latest techniques of geometry measurement and tools of machinery,and designs a new measuring project which combines machine vision measurement technology and high precision sensor for the “universal joint out ring” through comparing the different measurements.Secondly,I aim for the design of measuring and positioning mechanism which affects measurement accuracy.This paper is analyzing the main error of each possible mechanism.It provides a theoretical basis for the rationality and reliability of the detection device design.At the same time,in order to reduce the influence of the system error and random error on the test results,the author only chooses the comparative measurement and multi-metering methods to test all the dates.Then,take full advantage of the professional machine vision development platform---"HALCON" from the MVtec company,which realizes the advantage of camera interface fast connection,which realizes the effect shows and improvement of the real-time image processing algorithms is to know the higher measurement speed and accuracy of sub-pixel level.Then take advantage of C# language to complete the HALCON based image processing algorithm on the Visual Studio.NET Microsoft platform transplant.It is to the design of the host computer UI interface and the detection of data storage through the DevExpress development in control combine with the Server SQL database.Finally,the paper experiment and analysis of the design of the “universal joint out ring” detection system.The results shows that the design of the measurement system,the bottom thickness,diameter and height of the edge card slot reached 0.005 mm,0.0015 mm and 0.001 mm on the measurement precision,meet the design requirements of detection system.At the same time,the detection speed can also meet the 5 parts per minute of the system design requirements. |
