The speaker products must be tested for their performance parameters according to the national or industrial standards before leaving the factory.The speaker power test instrument is a kind of equipment to test the speaker's working life,which requires speaker to work prescribed time continuously at the rated power.It is qualified when speaker doesn't occur temperature rising or permanent damage of machine.The traditional speaker power test instrument only records the time of continuous working and damage.It cannot measure the speaker coil temperature directly,so it is hard to research the fundamental cause of low life and breakdown.At the same time,the traditional speaker power test system would need to use many sets of equipments,which will make the equipments cost and large,including computer,sound card and speaker power test instrument.The traditional loudspeaker power measurement equipment is cumbersome and costly,and the voice coil temperature of the speaker cannot be measured directly during the life-span testing by using it.So this paper designs a system for solving those problems above.The design develops the embedded system controller design based on the speaker power test instrument.Two series of MCU are selected for the system,They are STM32F4 and STM32F1.The MCU module with STM32F4 implements the capabilities of audio playing and audio recording.Because of the small volume and low cost,this MCU module can replace the sound card with large size and expensive price.In addition,it can be embedded inside the loudspeaker power measurement equipment.It is good for the portable development.With the help of the computer,the MCU module with STM32F1 implements the indirect measurement of the voice coil's temperature and it can generate the temperature-time curves on the monitor,which helping finding unqualified products timely and possibly.This will improve the quality of the loudspeaker product.First of all,the paper introduces the development situation of the speaker working life test experiments,then it introduces audio playback,audio recordings,indirect measurement principle of the speaker voice coil temperature of the controller system and acoustic products,especially the working principle of the speaker.On this basis,the paper analyzes each functional module of the controller system.It also introduces The design of the hardware and software,Finally,this paper states the composition of the controller system platform,software debugging and testing results.Figures:68,Tables:5,References:53...
