Wireless multimedia sensor networks(WMSNs)is a new network developed based on wireless sensor networks(WSNs),which sonsists of a large number of micro-sensor nodes are deployed in the monitoring region.Nodes in the area form a multi-hop self-organizing network system through wireless communication.This system can collect data from monitored region and transmit data to the client by the sink node,so as to achieving the target of monitoring interesting area.The transmission of multimedia information need to be guaranteed with a certain quality of service(QoS).Routing protocol which is one of the key techniques responsible for the data transmission,its design has a direct influence on the transmission quality of services and network performance.Based on the in-depth research of routing algorithm,this thesis analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the existing algorithms in wireless multimedia sensor network.For the problem of QoS security and unbalanced energy consumption,the routing algorithms of the wireless multimedia sensor networks based on plane network and hierarchical network have been studied:(1)For the plane network,the ant colony optimization algorithm has been analyzed.Aiming to the QoS security and unbalanced energy consumption,a hierarchical network routing algorithm based on ant colony algorithm for multi QoS parameters AntSensNetEb is proposed.In the ant routing stage,the transfer probability function and the pheromone function are improved in the algorithm.It uses the queue model to improve the network bandwidth,at the same time solve the loop problem.In the stage of data transmission,AntSensNetEb uses the energy balance transfer mechanism so that the partial cluster head can continue to monitor the data.(2)For the hierarchical network,the game theory has been analyzed.Aiming to the poor scalability of the flat network,a routing algorithm for wireless multimedia sensor networks based on game theory GHCR is proposed.The algorithm is divided into two stages:the game of the cluster head and the game of the path choice.In the cluster head election stage,by the game between the multimedia sensor nodes and its neighbor nodes,cluster heads declarate and ultimately achieve Nash equilibrium.In the path choice stage of the game,as the known knowledge,the neighbor routing table information will choice the satisfied node of the Nash equilibrium as the next hop.Through the game between the heads of the cluster,the optimal path of the QoS constraint and energy consumption equilibrium is chosen.Simulation results show that the proposed hierarchical network routing protocol can provide the QoS guarantee for the data transmission,with balancing the network energy consumption at the same time.Especially,the hierarchical network of wireless multimedia sensor can provide a better routing scalability.
