| This thesis mainly focuses on the design and implementation of the NCRE(NO.2 MS Office Advanced application)simulation software[49].Tongren Polytechnic College implement the modular teaching for computer course according to the outline of the NCRE(NO.2 MS Office Advanced application).However,The computer room of Tongren Polytechnic College is occupied with both computer practice teaching and various paperless examination in Tongren.Therefore,the high rate of utilization requires both unified management and mass processing in the maintenance.Through the analysis on the computer level examination of Tongren Vocational Technical College,and research on a large number of relevant literature related to the NCRE(NO.2 MS Office Advanced application),and refer to the related software,so this thesis mainly studies on the problem such as uninstall able software and inaccurate scoring problems.The relevant technology of the NCRE(NO.2 MS Office Advanced application)simulation software can be used as an entry to this topic,through a series of operations for software test,including software requirement analysis,software design and software implementations.Finally discuss the design and implementation of the simulation software.The thesis adopted VB and Access to develop the software.And the main works are as follows:(1)To build a good platform to improve the efficiency of class according to the outline for the national computer grade examination(NO.2 of MS Office advanced application)examination.Teachers and students can do the computer practice by using the same software.Exam transforms from the written test to the intelligent machine test,teachers only need to record the goal of each module and the sum as final grade.So the teacher's workload is reduced.(2)The software uses the object-oriented development method to fit the actual need of users.The software can be installed without limitation,the scoring system is accurate,and the reference is clear and easy for students to learn independently.Besides,the software is shared freely,which achieves resource sharing.(3)The software can be used as training software for MS Office staffs and pre-test simulation software before NCRE for students.It is of great help for students to master the consolidation of knowledge,and to increase the pre-test training provides a great help.(4)This software has been tested and debugged in the computer room of Tongren vocational technical college computer room.The software can run smoothly,and put into use in September 2015 comprehensively. |
