Under the background of the Internet in China,China Telecom operators need to save system construction costs,Improve the response speed of demand,Increase customer experience, unified operational data monitoring,Enhance the core competitiveness of telecom operators and the spirit of the spirit,Therefore,Intensive system construction of the national data and operation is imperative. How to learn from the Internet architecture,to achieve the national focus of the telecommunications industry's customer orders system become the key.Learning from the Internet architecture,it is to build a J2EE based development framework by the use of open source framework(JQuery+Struts+Spring+Mybatis). It includes the main functions of the display to the core process of the persistence of the end of the T,the unified exception handling, the unified log processing, the development of the sub module, the code generation and so on.Based on the J2EE framework,we carry out the development of customer order business system.Through the presentation layer and business logic layer decoupling, business logic layer can be deployed separately,so as to realize the horizontal deployment of the host,to meet the technical requirements of the construction of centralized system for domestic operators. This paper describes the main functions of the system, including product design and configuration, number management, acceptance of orders, acceptance of payment, order opening and completion of the module. In the software design,I follow the Rational Unified Process, use the object-oriented design concept, design and develop all kind of components in business logic layer,so as to improve the reusability and scalability of the system. The final test proves that the system can realize the function of business acceptance, and meet the demand of the data as the core of the order system.
