As a key part of security in the field of information technology,information hiding has made great progress in recent years,especially in steganography.Steganography uses the redundant information present in the multimedia information to hide the secret information in the public digital media and transmit it through the public transmission channel.In this way,covert communication is realized.The steganalysis technique that reverses analysis of steganography,which is used to determine whether the secret information is embedded by analyzing the statistical properties of the covers and stego data,and further determine the secret information length and extract the secret information.Steganography and steganalysis are common development in confrontation.This thesis studies the related algorithms in image steganography.At the same time,in order to further improve the security of uniform embedding steganography algorithm,two new algorithms are proposed which based on the block entropy,the side information and the control parameters:(1)An uniform embedding steganography algorithm using block entropy is proposed.In the existing uniform embedding steganography algorithm,the influence of the statistical distribution of nonzero DCT coefficients on the embedding position is neglected as a result to the security of the algorithm is degraded to a certain extent.Therefore,a new JPEG steganography algorithm is designed by using the concept of block entropy,while do take into account the influence of the factor in the distortion measure.The new algorithm has better performance.(2)A steganography scheme based on side information and control parameters is proposed.In the adaptive steganography algorithm based on the image content feature,it mainly focuses on the study of texture features and the definition of distortion function,ignoring the rounding error,embedding error in the image,and the relationship between quantization step and the modified coefficients.Therefore,the distortion function is designed by combining side information and control parameters to adjust its security.Experiments show that different control parameters have a direct impact on the security of the algorithm.Compared with the existing algorithm,the improved algorithm has higher security.
