With the high-speed development of modern progress in our country.Dealing with the rate of population flow reasonably and establishing a management system of these floating population achieve the management of population regularly,which raises the work efficiency and is good for the development of society.To solve above problems,this paper states the design and implementation of information management system of the floating population,the main content including:(1)under the premise of building a new system,a detailed analysis of the background and research status,and introduces the main technical and technical difficulties will be adopted in the development of the system.(2)the use of software engineering ideas,based on the functional requirements and non functional requirements of distinction on the demand analysis;analysis of business flow design system based on the demand;then in view of the above content,design the system use case diagram;finally,each function module design UML modeling and rendering system design process.(3)this paper uses the B/S architecture,the use of MVC design model of the three layer,the construction of the system.(4)after the completion of the system design,the performance of the system is tested.The population information management system of this design,the needs of various departments,the work of collection and analysis system of the block system gradually improve population information management business process,to meet the different needs of different departments,different jobs,efficient implementation of population modernization information management,promote the management of with the development of the city.It also assimilate the population information data of our country,and improve the level and quality of population management.
