With the rapid development of the Internet,crowdsourcing has become a model of problem solution and production.More and more enterprises or organizations begin to allocate their task,in a freely voluntary form through the Internet to public network.Especially in the mobile Internet environment,the smart-phone is rapidly popular.Taking advantage of the rich sensor of smart-phone,the mobile crowdsourcing can form a wider range of geographical coverage,more accurate of data collection,and more effective of information dissemination.Mobile crowdsourcing is a new way to solve a wider range of problems,as well as better tasks to complete the quality.In the mobile crowdsourcing situation,there are more types of crowdsourcing tasks,and participants of crowdsourcing increased quickly with the increase of smart-phone users.The diversity of mission requirements and the ability of the participants,make the participant recruitment in mobile crowdsourcing faces new challenges.How to recruit the best participants with limited budget to complete the task is still an important issue in the mobile crowdsourcing system.In addition,with the prosperity of the crowdsourcing market,it is also an important topic to provide appropriate incentives for participants.A good incentive mechanism can help the crowdsourcing platform to develop better.However,to best of our knowledge,the mobile crowdsourcing platform still lacks an effective pricing mechanism to ensure the healthy development of the platform.In view of above challenges,this paper first proposes a participant recruitment method based on the forecast of task completion rate.This method well considers the characteristics of mobile crowdsourcing,such as the large difference in the ability of the participants,the impact of environmental,and the ability of individual participant.Based on above characteristics to predict the probability of task completion,and then recruiting participants under a specific budget.In this way,the high-quality participants are recruited,and the quality of the task is ensured by these participants.On the other hand,in order to encourage more participants to participate mobile crowdsourcing,this paper presents an incentive mechanism design of mobile crowdsourcing.The design is based on the development of the mobile crowdsourcing market,balanced the benefits between participants and task publishers,and makes the social welfare optimal.In order to realize this design,this paper proposes a dynamic pricing method using the Vickrey auction model.Under this method,the real quotes of the participants are strategically dominant to the participants,and the rewards of crowdsourcing task are higher than those quotes.In this way,the incentive mechanism design balances the distribution of benefits between the participant and the recruiter,and the task of crowdsourcing will be successfully allocated and executed.
