Electrified locomotives with excellent performance gradually replace the diesel locomotives and steam locomotives for the sake of environmental protection.Due to the characteristics of the contact line of electrified railways,detection and mainteinance are needed during constructon and operation.therefore the department of mainteinance is facing serious challenge to the safty of Chinese electrified railway in rapid development.Given to the limitation of the present manual spot-by-spot detection,the department of construction and mainteinance of the contact lines are badly on need of the automatic,fast and accurate detection of the contact lines'geometric parameter.The author in this thesis designs an examining and reparing system through laser rada applied on the vehicle to tackle the existing problrm such as the inefficiency,unstability and danger in centenary mainteinance,which conbines the management regulation of the Power Supply Section's centenary mainteinance practice.This system aims to realize the automatic,fast and accurate detection on railway centenary and the standardized management of the operation.The specific work of this thesis is as follows:This paper designs a comprehensive cantenary examining and repairing system via lidar on the basis of analyzing and studying the principle of geometrical parameter and image processing through laser as well as the combination of the cantenary examining vehicle and practical regulation of the power supply section's operation.This system employs single-line laser radar with high speed and resolution to examine cantenary with fast speed,and then calculates the geometrical parameter to identify the cantenary.In order to meet the need of on-spot multitude objects and mobility of the terminal,this system applies C/S structure.It records and regulates the procedure of examination sequence,which designs a method to record the information of examining data position by using GPS for the future service of cantenary maintenance though big data analytics.One system makes it possible for the power supply section to make regular maintenance with sequential examination via the JW-4 cantenary examining and repairing vehicle provided by the Lanzhou Railway Bureau.This system applies Kalman filtering to effectively identify the contact wire from the data of the radar.it designs a coding rule with 50MB/h accordingly when recording the multitude data of400MB/h,so that the system can resume all the original data of concern with the precondition of simplifying hardware resource.This system employs VS2010 to program the software for measurement,data analysis,cantenary examination and operation.The system designed by this thesis has been tested and used by the power supply section of Lanzhou Railway Bureau.The result shows that this system improves the efficiency and lowers the labor intensity,danger and the cost of manual maintenance with the premise of examining accuracy.The system was approved by the Science and Technology Committee of Lanzhou Railway Bureau on March 30th,2016 with a conclusion that the system has reached the advanced level in China.
