TV shopping as a new line of state,breaking the traditional retail business model,creating a new way to shop and methods.TV shopping experience for consumers introduced directly through the TV scr een and the host commodity,understand product information,and easy and fast to buy inexpensive goods by telephone,computers,mobile phones and other channels.TV shopping as the 1980 s,the rise in the United States in 2006 in the country to start from t he beginning,its strong momentum of development,by the end of 2015 national television shopping sales have reached 100 billion yuan,engaged in TV shopping operators to nearly 180.TV shopping call center,customer relationship management,efficient flow of information and efficient logistics closely.TV shopping operators in the chain,modern logistics technology plays a very important role.Modern logistics technology raw materials,finished products from start to finish and the associated flow of infor mation is valid up to warehousing,transportation,processing,sorting,distribution,handling,information and other aspects of organic combination of a complete supply chain,providing integration multifunctional integrated services.Logistics and operat ional capacity to become one of the most important basis for TV shopping business operations,logistics and operating costs have a huge impact on the TV shopping business profit margins.In order to improve logistics efficiency and reduce logistics costs a nd logistics to achieve fine management,advanced logistics management system is essential,logistics information system came into being.In this paper,the modern logistics technology in TV shopping enterprises as the breakthrough point,discussion of mod ern logistics technology and television shopping logistics information system research background and significance,as well as domestic and international situation and development trend of TV shopping.Research on Enterprise Architecture(EA)Based on the information architecture,based on TOGAF 9.0 framework and criteria from several aspects of the business architecture,application architecture,technical architecture and data architecture and other TV shopping and logistics development strategy broken do wn into specific business applications and technology,the formation of information technology planning and a more complete system.Paper for the application of a TV shopping business objective,in-depth analysis of TV shopping logistics business processes,procurement of TV shopping storage,a library sales orders,customer returns,supplier returns,inventory management,business process analysis.On this basis,we established the goal of building design principles and logistics information system based T V shopping patterns,and according to the TV shopping logistics order,we proposed logistics information system architecture to achieve the basic logistics management system,a database management,storage management,inventory management,quality manageme nt,distribution management,interface module 7 functional modules,as well as the design area out of the warehouse function.The paper also play a centralized basis television shopping time in the program one or two commodities that customers need to focus on bulk orders and timely the characteristics of the library,the design and implementation of logistics and packaging lines.By implementing logistics information system which is in line with the TV shopping business,to achieve a reasonable allocation of jobs,improve the efficiency of warehouse operations,distribution efficiency,reduce errors,solve logistics operations encountered a single touch difficult,slow packaging,difficult to inspect product when out of warehouse and so on.
