As SARFT ACT 62 states,all radio and television transmitting stations need to adopt relevant regulations and systems on signal broadcasting monitoring and designate special staff in charge.The current situation is the 17 provincially-owned radio transmitting stations take the traditional way of manual monitoring,which is inefficient and inconvenient,rather than automatic operation.In consideration of the above-mentioned regulations and the existing situation of the provincial transmitting stations,the thesis aims to develop a new system which is capable of monitoring the signal transmission in an effective way,thus to ensure the safety of the broadcast link.The thesis mainly includes the following parts:the related technologies as to developing the system,including the data communication technology,supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA)technology,the iOS development technology,etc.The system adopts B/S architecture,based on the SQL database,using UML unified modeling language(UML).In terms of functional requirements,in view of the practical standards and related requirements exist:ing in current working process,the thesis summarizes various performance and function the system should possess,so as to improve the whole system performance.In order to realize various functions and meet the designing goals,a test is carried out on corresponding software and hardware devices complying with the system.The system has also gone through a comprehensive test,in which we conduct some basic functions of the system in normal hardware environment and record the related data.The test shows the system can realize the function of signal remote-monitoring which guarantees a safe broadcasting management.In conclusion,this system meets the demand of digitization and intelligentization of radio broadcasting station,and will have a positive impact on future development in this field.
