Research And Design Of Malicious Information Monitor Strategy Management System

With the development of information technology and the advent of the era of big data,more and more kinds of information is spreading in the network and the amount of information is getting bigger and bigger.This situation is posing a great challenge to the governance of malicious information.How to implement the intelligent management on malicious information monitor strategy which is the main method in malicious information governing has become a very significant topic.In this paper,based on the actual enterprise project,a management system of malicious information monitor strategy is designed and implemented,which takes the intelligent management of malicious information monitor strategy as the starting point.In order to improve the disadvantage of strategy artificial creation and redundant strategies,the system implements strategy evaluation,strategy optimization and strategy integration for the intelligent management of malicious information monitor strategy.This paper does a thorough investigation and research on key technologies of malicious information monitor strategy management,develops reasonable evaluation index and designs evaluation scheme based on the technology of information retrieval.Then according to the evaluation index,the strategy recall optimization scheme and the strategy precision optimization are designed.Aiming at implementing strategy intelligent creation which is the most crucial part in strategy optimization,the paper proposes a strategy creation algorithm which is based on frequent items mining algorithm in data mining field.At the same time a strategy integration algorithm,which is based on text clustering algorithm,is proposed to delete the redundant strategies.Finally,this paper designs the overall architecture and every single functional module's architecture,plans a reasonable business process,and implements all the functional modules.Then the entire malicious information monitor strategy management system is developed.And function of the system is tested,the test results show that the system can realize intelligent management of malicious information monitor strategy,it has practical value.
