With the rapid development of China's railway system and high speed railway technology,the higher standard for the maintenance and construction progress of the railway yard and the personnel's safety is really required,However,at present,the communication between the maintenance staff and commanding officers of the railway yard mainly relies on ordinary interphones,as a result,the commanding officers can't clearly grasp the situation at the scene,also when the train is drawing up at a station,there exists certain danger to the maintenance personnel.Therefore,an electric service multimedia maintenance system which includes audio and video communications,current time personnel positioning,intelligent alarm,information publishing and intelligent handheld terminals is badly needed.After fully understanding the functional requirements,we set up WiFi network in the railway yard and join them through the mesh of the way.In this article,I designed the architecture of the station PC server and Android smart terminal.Also,I ported open source voice and video library to android devices and achieved voice communications,and ensured QoS.Finally,I accomplished the whole system.The application of this system changed the working habits of the traditional system.The maintenance staff can use voice communication,real-time video transmission,real-time personnel positioning,intelligent Alarming and so on with it in hand,which not only guarantee the efficient operation of the scheduling system,but also greatly improve the safety and security of the staff.It meets the development needs of the modern railway electricity maintenance system at the same time.
