The Design And Implementation Of The E-government Affairs Management System Based On Multi-layer Hybrid Structure

With the development of economy and society,e-government management system become more and more important for the government departments to work effectively.However,because of the difference of the development platform,programming language and database,the e-government system have some problems such as poor security,disordered business,besides,the response speed of the system is not satisfied.In order to work out these problems,this paper proposed a e-government application program which divides the system into three physical layers and five logic layers based on the.NET platform.At the same time,the problem of how to secure the new system is studied in this paper.In this paper,the development and research situation of e-government system at home and abroad are studied firstly.And it summarizes the the Benefits of layering and the advantages of Multi-layer hybrid architecture,highlights the preponderance of multi-layer hybrid architecture in the respects of reusability,maintainability of software.The system is divided into the presentation layer,business logic layer,persistence layer,component layer,data layer from top to bottom.Using Web-service technology,the business logic layer,persistence layer,component layer are encapsulated in the Web-service layer,which forms a three physical layer together with the presentation layer and data-layer.Aiming at provide a good security for the system,we use the technology of Single sign-on,Role control in the hybrid structure.In the respect of application process,This paper integrated the receipt system,case management system,law enforcement supervision management system,maintaining stability system,report system,conference system,OA system and internal portal of the politics and Law Committee.By reorganizing the some procedures,such as Online video conference system,which is converted into Online meeting notice system,we make the system Consistent with the real situation,thus Implement Business innovation to some extent.The e-government system of multi-layer hybrid architecture is designed as following:B/S part access the database,establish Web service,realizes the real-time data sharing by using ASP.NET technology.Part B/S includes foreground,back-end and the database server,the foreground provides the functions of information dissemination,Message download,information interchange for the government,the back-end management is mainly to complete the management of columns and staffs for the administrator;the client system of the C/S part accomplishes core government functions;the database,which is shared by B/S part and C/S part commonly,mainly provides data storage,update and other functions.The system uses the LoadRunner8 tools for performance testing,and Manual test shows that,the system is stable,and has a good cross-platform,interoperability and reusability.it increases the level of government management,which has a certain reference value.
