The explosion of data transmission and service demands makes the requirements of system capacity higher and higher.Within the limited spectrum resources,In-Band Full-Duplex(IBFD)technology can transmit and receive packets simultaneously in the same time and frequency band, doubling the spectrum efficiency. This thesis focuses on the MAC control method of wireless IBFD,assuming that all nodes can work on the IBFD mode and there is no central control node, and then analyzes its throughut. The thesis firstly presents a description of the state of art of IBFD,and analyzes two signal transmission modes:Bidirection mode and Relay mode. Then, the thesis models respectively for these two modes and evaluates its maximum number of transmission paths using GLPK.Comparing with traditional half-duplex mode, the results show that the use of bidirectional mode is superior to relay mode, and their spectrum efficiency are both improved largely.Secondly,a distributed MAC control method of IBFD is designed in detail. And this method is to control distributely and randomly the data exchange processes over the second path, under three different access scenarios. Then, the thesis verifies its compatibility with existing CSMA/CA.The result shows that this full-duplex control method can even adapt to hybrid network of IBFD nodes and half-duplex nodes. Finally, this thesis analyzes the throughput of IBFD networks. After comparing it with half-duplex,the speed-up ratios are calculated numerically. And the result shows that the throughput performance increases nearly 3 times due to the reduction of the probability of collision.
