With the booming of the Internet business,as well as high-definition video and other broadband services,optical transport network is faced with high-bandwidth,strong burst business needs and challenges,more and more dynamic and efficient characteristics are urgent needs for optical layer.Flexible support of efficient spectrum utilization of Elastic Optical Network arises at this historic moment.With the small spectrum slots,flexible grid and the complicated spectrum resource allocation characteristics in Elastic Optical Network,there is a dramatically increase of synchronize resources information compared to wavelength optical network and the synchronous convergence time of the network resources has become longer.For the routing and spectrum assignment and other network traffic engineering strategies need to be on the premise of network information synchronization.Based on the information synchronization of Elastic Optical Network,research on the design and implementation of information synchronization scheme,and related resources assignment scheme of multicast services,the main work and innovation points are listed as follows:1.Analysis and compare the characteristics of Elastic Optical Network and wavelength switched optical network,summarize and propose network nodes and links related synchronization information,the corresponding IETF OSPF-TE protocol is extended to support the control plane of Elastic Optical Network.2.To meet the needs low convergence time and low flooding information transmission volume of information synchronization,centralized network information synchronization mechanism is proposed based on Routing and Path Computation Element.Participation and completed the experimental platform of Elastic Optical Network and focus on the Routing module which is based on the extended OSPF traffic engineering protocol.Through a large number of experimental verification,the improved synchronization scheme can reduce network convergence time and decrease the quantity of information caused by network information synchronization flooding.3.Research on the spectrum resource assignment of multicast services in Elastic Optical Network,introduce a kind of variable modulation format of light node ME(Modulation Enable),and puts forward a new type resource allocation strategy ME-MRSA for multicast requests.Simulation results show that ME-MRSA method has the advantages of low blocking probability and high frequency spectrum resource utilization.
