China has now become the world's second largest industrial robot application market,with the sustaining expansion of the scope of industrial robots' application,robots with RV will fall across the new phase of fast progress.However,our country is still fall behind in the research and manufacture of robot gear reducer.From a technical perspective,the development of robot industry leads to a higher demand on the quality and production efficiency of the reducer and its parts.Cycloid wheel is the key part of robot reducer with a high demand and vast models.The eccentric machining precision,flexibility,efficiency and degree of automation have a direct impact on the output and quality of reducers,which plays an important role on the performance of reducers.The main topic of this paper is to study the high precision of RV Reducer cycloid gear eccentric grinder in order to improve the processing craft of robot industry,the quality of reducers and its production efficiency.The grinder can be widely used to fill the small hole high precision CNC eccentric grinder production blank,break the monopoly of imported equipment,save foreign exchange,promote the localization process of robot precision parts and components.Based on Siemens 828 D numerical control system hardware and software platform,the paper studied the RV reducer,cycloid gear eccentric circle grinding methods and processing technology;Designed a special turntable,including precision line rail,linear motor,Copley drives and grating feet,form a closed loop system,achieve the goal of accurate positioning on two central symmetrical eccentric circle.The repeat positioning accuracy is up to 0.001mm;Designed a horizontal movement system of grinding wheel,including servo motor,ball screw,grating feet,which formed a closed loop system,achieve the goal of accurate feed,ensure the position precision less than 0.001mm;In the process of machining,make sure the real-time measurement and feedback to the CNC system by using online measurement technology,ensure the machining accuracy in allowed range(0 ~ 0.004 mm).Designed a friendly man-machine interface,achieve the goal of making people friendly interaction with the machine.Designed the electric circuit,PLC and CNC program,and has carried on the installation and debugging of machine tools.After machine put into use,various technical indicators have reached the design requirements.
