| E-govemment system has been got into consideration on its efficiency and safety by all levels of state and government with its wide application and popularization in this age of information.However,the current majority E-government equipment are controlled by foreign technologies,and this posed a direct threat to national security.In this case,the national government at all levels urgently need an E-government,which is based on a domesticated system.Combined with the required relevant security certification and the trend of domestication,I myself have made in-depth investigations and researches on the integrated work-flow of Hubei Provincial Committee.First of all,in the construction of Intranet service platform,I selected the domestic DM7 database to ensure its security and self-control.Secondly,according to the systematically analyze for Provincial Committee,I focused on the development of the unique framework of this project,and use the domestic DM7 database as platform with the B/S architecture mode.So to the Front-End,JSP handles the Presentation Layer for simple logic applications and to the Back-End,Translator Layer fulfills the complicated work-flow functions for each module.Thirdly,I used the new-made USERKEY authentication and encryption technology which is currently popular in domestic and abroad.which combines a C/S architecture-model-designed client with unified authentication,message alerts and other personalized functions.So it can effectively guarantee the security needs.while also using PKI technology and role controls to ensure the security of network activity.Finally,in this unique development framework,we completed the design and development of the network business platform.This business network platform,which brings together the subsystems of each major applications,interoperability and information sharing,can solve the current serious "information silos" problem of E-Government system.According to the practical operation,it has fully showed the creativeness of this project:(1)Each application system shares the same directory platform which provides user identification and authentication management,so it can meet needs of the user's security and convenience;(2)It conforms to the domestically needs,and firstly starts using a localization database which characterized by a domestic developed framework;In short,this project,which guarantees the security of users and improves the government office automation degree,is expected to be developed into a new domesticated product. |
