Cognitive radio sensor network(CRSN)is an adaptive network that cognitive radio technology is introduced into the wireless sensor network.It can improve spectrum utilization and effectively alleviate the problem of scarcity of spectrum resources.Spectrum sensing is a key technology in cognitive radio sensor network.In traditional cooperative spectrum sensing mode,cognitive sensors will be participated in cooperative spectrum sensing in each time slot.However,this is not a very effective way of collaborating,on the contrary may cause excessive energy loss.In this paper,we studied the detection performance reliability and energy efficiency in CRSN,with the evolutionary game theory and the channel state information estimation method,which may provide new ideas for cooperative spectrum sensing technology.The main contribution of this article are as follows:A novel energy efficient cooperative spectrum sensing scheme was proposed.We formulated the cooperative spectrum sensing as an evolutionary game,in which cognitive sensors are the players.Through periodic listen-sleep mechanism and contribution-punishment mechanism,each player made a trade-off between energy saving and data transmission,eventually reached the evolutionary stable.Results shown that our proposed scheme could stimulate high SNR sensors to participate in spectrum sensing actively and low SNR ones to go to sleep.In this way,we can let CRs effectively collaborate as well as achieve energy saving.A cooperative spectrum sensing with censoring of residual energy and channel state information estimation scheme was proposed.In order to improve those cognitive sensors with high energy and good channel state information estimation elected cluster head probabilities,we introduced residual energy and reporting channel state information estimation into LEACH algorithm as a reference of choosing cluster head.Results shown that our proposed scheme could prolong the system's lifetime and reduce the system's error detection probability.
