Budget management,the main content of the financial management of public technician colleges,is an important tool to achieve its strategic goals and connotative development.With the in-depth development of the national budget management reform,the budget management system of public technician colleges gradually exposed a series of problems that are incompatible with them.It is so urgent that public technician colleges need to improve the level of budget management,optimize the allocation of resources and improve the efficiency and utility of funds with the development of national vocational education.Systematic analysis and continuous improvement of these issues are the key elements to optimize the financial management of current public technician colleges.Based on the realistic background of performance-oriented budget management,this paper,taking the J Technician College as an example,explores its budget management problems through the research methods of literature researching method,comparative analyzing method,and expert consulting method.This paper enters into an in-depth analysis of the current management status of the J Technician College by summarizing five main problems on budget management: the irrelevance of the budget management target to strategic objective,extensive budgeting,non-strict budget implementation,ineffective budget supervision,and lack of budget performance evaluation,the lack of scientific basis for budget management.All in all,this paper puts forward a series of suggestions for the optimization of budget management of the J Technician College: perfecting the budget management target,optimizing budgeting,strengthening budget execution,enhancing the budget supervision system,improving the foundation of budget management.
