Mathematics teaching focuses on cultivating students' mathematics core literacy and paying attention to mathematics core literacy teaching.We should find the most appropriate teaching carrier,among which equation learning with algebra thought,symbolic thought,mathematical modeling and mathematical operation as the core can better implement the cultivation of mathematics core literacy.Through equation learning,senior students in primary school can master algebra thinking,cultivate logical thinking and divergent thinking ability,and exercise knowledge application ability,which is of great significance to the cultivation of students' mathematical core literacy.However,students encounter many obstacles in equation learning,which affect their learning effect and accomplishment implementation.It is of great significance and value to carry out the investigation and Research on equation learning of senior primary school students to promote the equation learning of senior primary school students and further develop their mathematical core literacy.Equation learning,as a proper carrier of implementing mathematics core literacy,needs to pay attention to students' learning situation.In this paper,103 sixth-grade students from a primary school in Wuqiang County of Hengshui city,an economically underdeveloped area,were selected as the investigation objects.They are investigated by means of tests,and their equation learning level is evaluated according to this,corresponding strategies are put forward according to the problems,and teaching cases are designed and research.The conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1.Uneven performance in equation study,the average score is not high:(1)the equation learning performance is not good;(2)because of the difference of the examination points,there is a difference of losing points.2.The ability to solve the equation is not good:(1)students with learning difficulties often make mistakes in equation calculation;(2)the interference of term shifting and transformation is large;(3)the bracket property can not be correctly used to remove the bracket;(4)the difficulty of dealing with the fractional equation is higher than that of the integer equation(5)students have more difficulties in dealing with complex equations.3.The application ability of equations is generally weak:(1)some students lack the ability to choose appropriate unknowns;(2)students with low and middle grades have difficulty in finding and representing equivalence relation;(3)some students have a tendency to construct arithmetic equations.Finally,according to the problems existing in the equation learning of the senior students in the underdeveloped areas,this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the equation learning of the senior students in these areas.First of all,in the cultivation of equation solving ability,we should(1)pay attention to the infiltration of the whole idea of equation nature;(2)show the core steps and ignore the data operation steps;(3)focus on the procedural guidance training of problem solving ideas;(4)correct the bad operation habits and improve the strategies of students' equation solving ability through these measures.Secondly,in order to solve the problem by using equation,the paper puts forward the following suggestions:(1)to permeate the connotation of equation elements and the idea of solving problems;(2)to carry out the procedural training of equation solving ideas;(3)to carry out the training of problem analysis and representation ability;(4)to guide the students to reflect and summarize the application of formula.I hope that through the implementation of this strategy,students' equation learning can be better penetrated,so that students' mathematical core literacy can be more effectively penetrated and cultivated.
