The opinions on further reducing students' homework burden and after-school training burden in the stage of compulsory education jointly issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council in 2021 has an important impact on promoting the deepening of China's educational concept,especially on improving students' core literacy from the root.The improvement of primary school mathematics no longer purely requires the development of students' single ability,It requires the comprehensive improvement of students' mathematical quality.In this context,exploring and thinking about how to carry out efficient and effective mathematics educational learning activities for primary school students under the core literacy has become a key hot research issue.However,in order to better carry out practical research,this topic will focus on the classroom of educational activities.The core research purpose and significance of this paper is to construct an educational classroom suitable for primary school students at different grade levels through the practical research on mathematics educational learning activities in primary school under the requirements of core literacy,in order to build a knowledge teaching path more easily accepted by primary school students and comprehensively improve the quality of primary school mathematics classroom.From the perspective of the development methods of mathematics educational learning activities in primary schools under the core literacy,this paper will carry out the research with the help of literature research method,investigation research method,case study method and classroom observation method.Using the literature research method,this paper systematically combs the relevant academic literature and materials of primary school mathematics core literacy and educational activities,and has a certain understanding of the current research status;Then,with the help of investigation and research method,this paper investigates the application effect of mathematics educational activities in M primary school in Rizhao City in the form of questionnaire,and analyzes the data of the application effect of mathematics teaching educational learning activities in M primary school in Rizhao City;Using the case analysis method,this paper makes a detailed analysis on the specific application methods of mathematics intelligence learning activities in primary schools in Rizhao City.Finally,through the review of teachers' teaching and students' learning by using the classroom observation method in the teaching process,this paper verifies the effectiveness of mathematics intelligence learning activities in primary schools from a practical point of view.The above research ideas and processes are used to verify the practice of the three primary school mathematics educational learning activities proposed in this paper.Based on practice,it is proposed that adding educational learning activities to primary school mathematics teaching can not only improve pupils' learning interest and academic performance,but also greatly improve pupils' core literacy,At the same time,it can also effectively change the learning attitude of backward students and effectively improve students' moral consciousness.
