With the implementation of the global standards-based education reform,the alignment of teaching,evaluation and curriculum standards has been placed in a prominent position to improve the quality of basic education.Under the current college entrance examination system,the implementation of examination evaluation based on curriculum standards is the fairest and most effective method to measure the academic level of students.Considering the actual situation of China's college entrance examination system and curriculum standards,this study focuses on the alignment of college entrance examination questions and the curriculum standards,aiming to eliminate the gap between the curriculum standards,examination evaluation and actual teaching,and promote my country's standards-based education reform to be positive in the direction of progress.The research is composed of three parts:PART 1,combing the literature,comparing and analyzing the advantages and limitations of Webb,Surveys of Enacted Curriculum and Achieve.Based on the deconstruction of the ability of chemistry,the core idea of Achieve is used to construct the alignment analysis tool for college entrance examination chemistry test questions and curriculum standards.PART 2 is to set up a team of experts,define the clear and accurate coding principles,and to interpret "General High School Chemistry Curriculum Standards(2019 Edition)" in detail.With the help of the group's strong theoretical foundation and rich practical experience,the learning objectives corresponding to the curriculum standards are coded into specific knowledge content and corresponding cognitive requirements one by one.PART 3,statistical analysis,complete the coding statistics of the college entrance examination chemistry questions based on checking the exam description and typical examples,analyze the alignment level of 15 college entrance examination chemistry questions and the curriculum standards based on the six indicators of the Achieveanalysis model,and form an overall study report.It is found that there is no ideal alignment between the 2016-2020 college entrance examination chemistry test questions and the curriculum standards in terms of centrality,challenge,and balance.Combining statistical data and consistent detailed information,it examines the standardization of college entrance examination questions,and provides information and suggestions for my country to realize education fairness and improve the quality of high school education.
