Nowadays,the field of science is becoming more and more comprehensive,and society's demand for complex talents is growing.Schools are attaching more and more importance to the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality and emphasizing the cross-fusion of disciplines in order to improve the effectiveness of teaching.In the track and field classroom teaching integration of physics,art,psychology and other disciplines,using the knowledge of each subject to guide students track and field exercise,enriching the teaching methods,enhance the effect of sports classroom.Endurance running is a test item in the physical education middle school examination,but it is not very popular among students because it is boring.Therefore,this study takes endurance running as a case study,actively explores the methods and effective ways of integrating teaching,and expands new ideas for teaching track and field courses.This study mainly adopts research methods such as documentary data method,questionnaire method,expert interview method,and experimental method.The self-compiled teachers' and students' questionnaires were used to survey 87 junior high school PE teachers and 967 junior high school students from the current situation,value,and feasibility of integrated teaching of junior high school athletics curricula,and seven experts were interviewed from the path and operability of integrated teaching of junior high school athletics curricula.A total of 170 students from four eighth grade classes in Hui Xian Middle School in Fengxian District,Shanghai,were selected as subjects for a 12-week experimental study of integrated teaching.Through the comparison of students' interest level in physical education,endurance running performance and technical assessment performance before and after the experiment,the actual effectiveness of the integrated teaching of junior high school athletics curriculum was analyzed.1.The application of integrated teaching in junior high school athletics courses is not mature,and integrated teaching can be carried out by developing athletics integrated teaching materials,conducting integrated teaching teacher training,andbuilding resource exchange platforms,which is feasible.2.The integrated teaching of track and field curriculum reduces the boringness of track and field projects,effectively enhances students' interest in sports learning,and more actively improves students' sports participation.3.The integration of different disciplines in track and field curriculum can effectively improve the technical level of movement skills such as breathing,stride frequency,stride width and physical energy distribution in endurance running.4.The integration of track and field courses has a certain positive effect on the performance of endurance running,but it has not been fully highlighted due to the short intervention time.
