Information,economic globalization and the increasingly closely connections among countries in the world require more and more countries to educate and cultivate global citizens with international vision and global consciousness.Western developed countries on the issue of global citizenship education,has accumulated rich experience,theory and practice and global citizen education in China starts late,both theory and practice experience are very rare,global citizenship education of primary and secondary school curriculum construction in China also has many problems,which seriously affects the quality of the global citizen education in our country,it is imperative to build international education course.At present,domestic research on this issue is relatively less.This study from their own for many years the experience of global citizenship education of primary and secondary school curriculum construction,and with a number of school principals,curriculum coordinator,and the teachers to ask questions,select M school as a case study,to research its international curriculum to carry out the situation,according to the research purpose design questionnaire,analysis and processing the data thus collected current situation of the construction of related courses,and then use the pedagogy theory knowledge,a detailed analysis of the collected data,and carries on the evaluation,put forward the proposal.According to the survey,the curriculum goal of M School is human-oriented all-round development goal,aiming at cultivating students with all-round development.The course content is the international course of six interdisciplinary select courses;curriculum implementation attaches importance to the improvement of the second language classroom diverse international activities,more emphasis on high-qualityresearch travel;the main characteristics of curriculum evaluation are : emphasizing ability over achievement,listening to “static and static” to distinguish goodness from badness,students' oriented curriculum evaluation.The curriculum construction of M School has the following problems: its personal dimension,national dimension and social dimension are respectively: cultivating well-rounded people,ignoring students' actual situation,and lack of improving students' international awareness;in terms of knowledge,there is too much tendency to the United States;in terms of skills,there is difficulty in examination;emphasis is placed on the cultivation of values and attitudes.In all,there are good aspects in the curriculum construction of M school,but there are also parts that needs to be improved and strengthened.By analyzing the existing problems,it is found that the causes of the problems are as follows: the number of languages in the curriculum of M International School is relatively simple,which does not have the individual characteristics of language education,and there are defects in system construction;the ideas of school leaders are conservative,and there are problems such as the overall westernization of curriculum,teaching materials and school management,the extremely unreasonable salary of teachers,the preferences of foreign teachers,and the teacher-centered give-and-take teaching method.The shortage of educational resources,hardware,teaching materials,teachers,etc.At last,based on the experience and inspirations of M school,the curriculum of other international school should follow: clarify the school's teaching philosophy,build the international curriculum brand,set up the curriculum system that conforms to the actual situation of students,and adopt diversified teaching methods and emphasis on the evaluation.It is believed that through these measures,the international education curriculum can be built well and China will cultivate qualified global citizens.
