The Bottleneck Analysis And Countermeasure Research Of The Development Of Youth Campus Football

The promotion of youth campus football activities has been made possible in part due to the current reform of sports in China,not limited to football,school sports and other activities.But after more than ten years of development,the current campus football activities are now facing many setbacks.This paper aims at highlighting the causes and solution to the setbacks of youth campus football in China through the use of literature review,questionnaires,interviews,logical analysis,and statistics.The research strives to ensure the sustainable development of youth campus football in China,with the basis for formulating corresponding policies to the relevant functional departments and provide practical and operable suggestions for front-line campus football managers and workers.1.Research results: The setbacks in the development of youth campus football include the following:(1)Campus football population is quite high,yet the skill level of participant is subpar.Students do not always participate in football matches.There is an obvious lack of well-implemented campus football development system;(2)The development gap of campus football in different regions depends on the economic development level,population size and implementation ability of relevant policies;(3)The supervision mechanism of campus football is lacking,and the responsibilities of middle-level and grass-roots management organizations are unclear;(4)There are insufficient football teachers on campus,the ratio of male and female teachers is seriously unbalanced,and the number of teachers with middle and senior titles is small;(5)Simplex fund source for teenager campus football's development,which is currently supported by the government finance's appropriation;Enterprises and social organizations have less investment in campus football;(6)Youth football competition system goalsare unclear,the competition system is incomplete,and the competition management structure lack scientific backing.The survey result has shown that approximately 68.59% of the students participating in football activities attend less than 3 times a week due to scheduling conflict between their training and classes;Fourth-class Association's construction needs to further develop,schools are currently lack of reward and punishment mechanism on campus football's development;2.The countermeasures are as follows:(1)Improve the quality of football population and enhance the level of professional skills;(2)Narrowing the regional gap,enhance primary campus' capability of carrying out superior policies,optimize supervision scheme on campus football;(3)Further improve the academic level of teachers and the rigor of scientific research,stabilize the gender balance of teachers,and enhance teachers' enthusiasm for promotion of professional titles;open up diversified teacher training channels;(4)Encourage the diversification of fund-raising channels for campus football development and strengthen the coordination and flexible allocation of funds;(5)Coordinate the rational and scientific allocation of students' learning time in football training and cultural classes,improve the four-division football league system;(6)Increase the selection of campus football designated schools policies,connect the four-level football talent transmission channel,thus increasing the admission rate of talented students.
