Sports fitness APP is a convenient and fast way to obtain sports fitness information and promote the spread of sports health.Compared with the traditional single boring sports,all kinds of sports and fitness APPs as auxiliary exercise tools,some can easily record and query the daily walking track,steps,kilometers and calories consumed;Design a reasonable fitness plan and provide scientific training methods according to your own conditions;some can also help you find activities,venues,partners,organize sports groups,share sports information,etc.,which will change the simple and boring tradition in the past.The state of physical exercise adds a lot of fun and motivation to physical exercise,and has become a mainstream product for some college students.This article takes the application of sports and fitness APPs in smartphones as the research object.Through its own personal experience,it collects and compares the data of sports and fitness mobile APPs,analyzes the content and forms of communication of sports and fitness mobile APPs,The promotion method,and the audience's use needs and experience,hope to attract more audiences to use sports and fitness mobile phone APP,promote the comprehensive development of sports and fitness mobile phone APP,to meet the sports needs of the audience.In this study,the communication effect of sports and fitness APPs was analyzed by literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,case study method and mathematical statistics method.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)As the number of years of users' use of sports and fitness apps increases,their understanding of the personalized push model of sports and fitness apps has gradually deepened.Had a positive impact.(2)The user's recognition of the advantages of sports and fitness apps is higher than the recognition of shortcomings,indicating that most users more approve that sports and fitness apps bring more convenience to people.(3)With the increase of age,the proportion of unsatisfied users is basically the same.Ifeel that there are fewer general users and more and more satisfied users.It is enough to prove that the older the age,the higher the recognition of sports and fitness apps.(4)Sports and fitness apps are more popular with male users.(5)Educational background,occupation,years of use,and daily length of use have an impact on the satisfaction of sports and fitness apps.(6)Information content,age,marital status,educational background and years of use are an important factor affecting reading volume.The quality of content is the most critical factor that affects user forwarding,but occupation is not a factor that affects forwarding.(7)The quality of content and the type of content are the most critical factors that affect user reviews.Marital status,education,years of use,and the length of daily use of sports and fitness apps have a certain impact on the amount of reviews.But occupation is not a factor influencing comment.(8)Only the years of use will affect the app likes of sports and fitness apps.Other factors will not affect the app likes of users.(9)The phenomenon of information cocoon room,the generalization of fitness information content,the problem of extensive breadth and light depth,the lack of strict review,the existence of speculation and the lack of a clear reward mechanism for original works are the current problems in the spread of sports fitness apps.
